After Harry Kane’s pursuit, Manchester City have turned their attention towards signing Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus.

According to a report from Goal, Manchester City are planning to sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus. As everyone knows by now, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner is looking forward to getting out of the Turin club after spending three years.

For making things clear, City are scrutinizing the market for a suitable striker following the failure to bring in Harry Kane from Tottenham. And now, the Cityzens have started negotiating with Ronaldo’s agent, Jorge Mendes.

However, there are no reports of any confirmations yet and nothing has been agreed upon so far. But, it has been told that both the parties are moving ahead with the transfer details.

Cristiano Ronaldo has been one of the most favourite Manchester United players in the past and is up to date. And despite him saying previously that he would not join the Red Devils’ bitter rivals, it seems that Ronaldo is interested to make a move.

What is Ronaldo’s price tag?

If you were unaware, the Portuguese megastar was offered to Man City before, though Pep Guardiola’s side wanted to sign Kane at that time. Although, the Premier League champions still lack the necessary firepower following the departure of Sergio Aguero last season.

As per reports, Mendes flew to Turin on Wednesday to begin discussions with Juventus over Ronaldo’s future. Howbeit, Juve directors do not wish to let Cristiano leave without a transfer fee as communicated with Mendes.

In fact, the Italian club is looking for somewhere around €29 million from any potential suitors.
