Barcelona fans have voted Pedri as their Player of the 2021/22 Season.
Despite making just 22 appearances, Pedri won the MVP award. 6,721 votes went his way, allowing him to pip defender Ronald Araujo – who had 5,941 votes – to first place. Goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen completed the top three with 1,598 votes.

What were Pedri’s stats in 2021/22?
In 22 appearances across all competitions, Pedri supplied five goals and one assist for Barcelona – including a Goal of the Season winner against Sevilla in La Liga on March 4.
A hamstring injury, however, caused the 19-year-old midfielder to miss a huge chunk of the season. But he still impressed when available, helping the club go 15 games unbeaten in La Liga at one stage.
In fact, Barcelona won 83.3% of their 12 games with Pedri on the pitch but could only manage a win rate of 42.3% in the remaining matches without him.
