Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal is looking into a loan-deal with Real Madrid to bring a highly-rated forward to North London.

The Gunners have been on a somewhat desperate quest to find creative solutions for their attack. Although Arsenal was reportedly interested in signing Isco, the midfielder will most likely be joining Juventus on a loan deal.

Therefore, the North London club has turned its attention to 20-year-old Brazilian Vinicius Junior. The left-forward has been inconsistent at Real Madrid this season and the Merengues are open to let him out on a loan.

According to DailyStar, Arsenal has been in contact with Vinicius and offered him more game time in London. Moreover, the club has reportedly kept good relations with his agent after Unai Emery took an interest in the player when he was in charge.

Vinicius Jr. offers a versatile solution to the Gunners attack as he can play in all positions upfront. The €35 million Madrid signing has featured in 18 matches for the club, netting the goal three times. Moreover, the Brazilian scored a winner against Sevilla this month which shut down some of the criticism surrounding him.
