After getting the news of Eden Hazard’s most recent injury blow, Zinedine Zidane reacted to several questions about the Belgian player.

Zinedine Zidane is not feeling too optimistic with Eden Hazard’s situation and he can’t really explain it. There are some players who are just unfortunate to suffer so many injury blows in such a short period of time. In the Belgian star’s case, this is the 10th injury he suffers in his first two seasons. In perspective, Eden suffered the same number of injuries during seven seasons as a Chelsea player.

Clearly something is wrong with the player but Zinedine Zidane doesn’t seem to understand why this is happening to him. After confirming he will be out of action for more weeks, the French manager did his best to explain the situation. After a report from AS surfaced about his fresh injury blow, it was also reported that the player’s morale is completely destroyed. Getting back up from this problem will be incredibly difficult for Hazard.

Zidane simply can’t explain what’s happening.

In today’s press conference ahead of Real Madrid’s match against Atalanta, the French manager responded to many Eden Hazard questions through AS: “He won’t be fit to play. We just communicated it to you, I can’t say much more. These are things I just can’t explain. I would like to remain positive and think it won’t be too serious. Something is definitely happening. He never got injured much throughout his career, very few times. This is new. I can’t really say anything else. We all want to help him, I hope he can return to us quickly.

“We would like to tell the fans to have a little more patience, we know the type of player he is. I can sense everybody wants to see him play, like everyone here. But we can’t see him for now. Everybody wants to help him, I don’t know if it will be with me or with another manager. He has a long contract but all I want is for everybody to see the type of player he is. Sooner or later, he will get there.”
