The Cityzens want to grab the Norwegian’s attention and transfer him from Borussia Dortmund this summer. In fact, they have held talks with his agent, Mino Raiola, over a potential minimum wage of more than £20 million every campaign for five years. It will match Kevin De Bruyne, who is the current top earner of at City. There is just one player who earns more than that in the English top-flight, that is Cristiano Ronaldo. Also, Barcelona, Real Madrid, and PSG will not be able to pay such a humongous amount.
