Edinson Cavani has been unhappy at Old Trafford and is looking for a way out to his home country in South America. According to Daily Mail, the Uruguayan had a meeting with the officials at the club with the hope of bargaining a deal. A few weeks ago, Cavani’s father revealed his sadness at the club and has been linked with Boca Juniors. However, as per reports, United wants the veteran to stay and will attempt to change his mind.

Southampton in need of Kana

As per reports from Voetbalkrant, Southampton has been aiming to buy Anderlecht defender Marco Kana. But the Saints will have to avoid several other Italian clubs to purchase the 18-year-old. Kana has been impressive this season with 16 starts already in the Belgium top-tier.

Favre to Celtic?

As reported by Daily Mail, Lucien Favre is interested to vacate the managerial seat at Celtic. He was taken off duty by Borussia Dortmund in December last year and wants to start working again. Favre is also looking for the French club Lyon if the Celtic deal does not go through. It would be interesting to see who gets the position at Celtic, Favre or Thierry Henry.

Donnarumma expects specific terms with Milan

AC Milan are reportedly not offering the desired wages to goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma as per Sky Sport Italia. The Serie A club wants to make a €7 million-per-year deal, but the 22-year-old has higher expectations. He could now potentially look for a one-year extension if his long-term demands are not fulfilled.

Alderweireld has received an anti-Spurs deal

As mentioned in Voetbal 24, Toby Alderweireld has been contacted by Belgium outfit Club Brugge. He has received hints asking him to return to his home country, and with Club Brugge interested, it could be an easy exit from Tottenham. The experienced defender will complete his sixth season at the north London club.

Man City aims for big moves

As stated in Daily Mail, Manchester City are willing to take chances with dynamic duo Erling Haaland and Jack Grealish. It makes sense for Pep Guardiola to look for attacking options with the confirmed departure of Sergio Aguero. The report says that City will be able to sustain both the deals together even if their combination will cost triple-digits. But, according to The Telegraph, the Premier League side will not be able to afford both the stars. If the club has to choose between the both, they would opt for Haaland instead of Grealish. The reason being that the Norwegian is an absolute goalscorer and that’s what they need.

Man City in search of Kane

According to the latest report from The Times, Manchester City has set their eyes upon Harry Kane. Pep Guardiola’s side will potentially deliver an offer to Tottenham if they fail to purchase Erling Haaland or Jack Grealish.
