Eight-time NBA All-Star, 2008 league MVP, and 2012 Olympic Games gold medalist. It is clear that James Harden is one of the best basketball players in the NBA. In fact, Harden recently joined the Brooklyn Nets after one of the most complicated trades of the last few years, involving four teams.
Despite his love of basketball, James Harden is also a confessed football fanatic. In fact, the 31-year-old is even a part-owner of two football teams in Houston.
This Friday, the basketball player sent Paulo Dybala an uplifting message. The Juventus star has been struggling with several injuries. Nevertheless, the 27-year-old is almost done with his recovery and is expected to return to the pitch soon. Harden was wearing a Juventus jersey and decided to confess to Dybala he’s a big fan.
“It’s ‘the beard’ James Harden. Just wanted to give you a shoutout and say I’m a huge fan of yours. Good luck this season!”
Paulo Dybala promptly responded to the NBA star’s message: “Thanks for the support! By the way, that jersey suits you well.” Juventus face Napoli this Saturday afternoon but it is unlikely that Dybala will be fit for the clash.
