Juventus forward Paulo Dybala has given the latest hint he is nearing recovery from injury and is close to being back on the pitch.

Paulo Dybala has hinted he is close to a return from his injury.

The Argentine suffered a knee injury in Juve’s Serie A fixture against Sassuolo at the start of January.

The 27-year-old has been out of action since then but took to individual light training yesterday. It surely indicates that a return is close.

Dybala took to social media to give an update on his recovery progress so far.

The caption of his Instagram post was quite specific: “Eyeing the comeback”

Just last week, Juventus director Paratici confirmed the player’s injury was not as bad as feared. He put the timeline for a return at 7-10 days.

Dybala is expected to return to action for Juve’s league game against Napoli on February 13. If he doesn’t make that game, his return would be against Porto in the Champions League four days later.

The 27-year-old has three goals and two assists in 16 appearances across all competitions so far this season.
