The Brazilian reminds that there is a remodeling going on at Camp Nou and it could take a while before the team find their feet back.

FC Barcelona have largely been unpredictable so far this season under new head coach Ronald Koeman.

The Catalan giants have performed well enough to take down Serie A champions Juventus, but have also put on such a horrible display to be second-best to newly-promoted Cadiz.

On six occasions in total have the team dropped points this season with each of those unwanted results coming in La Liga.

Barca have managed just two wins in their last eight league matches, and their poor form has led them to ninth place in the standings – five places behind arch-rivals Real Madrid.

Koeman was drafted in to bring about a change in the team after their trophyless season. While there have been positive signs, there is still a lot of work left to be done.

“We’re in a process of renewal, we have to be patient,” Philippe Coutinho told in his pre-match press conference ahead of the Champions League group stage final matchday game against Juventus.

“We have to want to improve every detail that doesn’t work out, internally we talk a lot, in chats with the coach and between us, there are many things to improve and we’ll improve them internally.

“The coach has changed, the players, it’s all part of the process of renewal, we have to be patient and we, who are inside, have to make everything work in the best way possible.”
