The AC Milan forward has broken his silence on allegations of racism towards Lukaku in Tuesday’s Coppa Italia clash.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has denied using racial abuse in his dispute with Romelu Lukaku during the Coppa Italia quarter-final tie between Inter and AC Milan.
The former Manchester United teammates came to blows at half-time and traded verbal blows at each other. The referee Paolo Valeri cautioned them both and later sent Ibrahimovic off with a second yellow card.

Unfortunately for the pair, however, the pitch-side microphones managed to pick up at least some of their exchange. Reports claim Zlatan called Lukaku a ‘donkey’ and told him to go do his ‘voodoo sh*t’.
But the 39-year-old has now broken his silence on social media to deny making any such discriminatory remarks towards Lukaku.
Zlatan spared one last little dig, though, by suggesting he is the better footballer.
“In Zlatan’s world, there is no place for racism! We are all the same race – we are all equal!” he wrote on Twitter.
“We are players. Some better than others.”
