The Blaugrana are expected to make changes in the summer as part of a squad revamp.

Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez has a ‘pretty clear’ idea about which players will leave Camp Nou this summer.

The 42-year-old has refused to name anybody but maintains that many of these players can still prove useful for Barca ahead of the club’s final three games of the 2021/22 campaign.

One player, in particular, whose future is under a cloud is midfielder Riqui Puig.

“We’re pretty clear about who’s going to be leaving,” Xavi told reporters at a press conference on Monday.

“It’ll be difficult to change our opinion between now and the end of the season. I have things pretty clear with the players and their situations. The economic situation of the club affect us.

“But these players will be important in these final three games. At the end of the season, with our objectives achieved, we’ll talk about it. But right now it’s too early to talk about it.”

Xavi was speaking ahead of Barcelona’s penultimate home match of the season against Celta Vigo in La Liga. The game starts at 21:30 (CET) on Tuesday.

At the time of writing, Bet365 is offering odds of 1.40 for a Barca win. This suggests Xavi’s men have a 71% chance of all three points.
