Wolverhampton Wanderers took a swipe against the Premier League’s big six through a cheeky post on social media.
The Premier League’s big six have signed up for the European Super League and could reportedly be kicked out of Europe.
If that’s the case, Wolves may have reason to pop open the champagne.
In a cheeky social media message, the Wanderers changed their Twitter bio to include ‘Premier League Champions 2018/19’.

That season, of course, Nuno Espirito Santo’s side finished best of the rest behind the Premier League’s big six in seventh-place.
But as the teams above them – Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal, and Manchester United – all could face expulsion for their Super League involvement, Wolves made an interesting point.
