The experienced forward is spending the final months of his current deal at Crystal Palace.

Crystal Palace manager Patrick Vieira has confirmed the club will try to keep Wilfried Zaha despite interest from other sides.

Zaha has continued his crucial role in Palace’s attacking line this season. The Ivorian star has made 13 Premier League appearances for the Eagles, registering six goals and two assists.

With Zaha’s contract expiring at the end of the season, several clubs have emerged as potential suitors for the 30-year-old.

According to Evening Standard, Barcelona and Juventus are keen to add the forward to their ranks as a free agent next summer.

In the Premier League, however, Arsenal are reportedly leading the race to sign Zaha. The Gunners might face competition from their arch-rivals, Tottenham, who have also shown interest in signing the former Manchester United star.

Speaking about Zaha’s question, Vieira said on Saturday: “Wilfred knows the position of the football club and the decision is going to be his. When he will be ready, we will listen to what he has to say.

“But everyone knows we want him to stay in our football club. We want to grow with Wilfried as one of our leaders, but the decision has to be his.

“The only focus at the moment is about how he has been training and how he is preparing himself to compete and to help the team to perform.”
