Barca aim for January Cavani move

A report from Mundo Deportivo has revealed that the Catalan club is hoping to sign Edinson Cavani from Manchester United early next year. The Uruguayan is searching for regular action and Barcelona are in need to bolster their attacking unit. The Red Devils striker will run out of contract at the end of the season and Barca are hoping to snatch him for a cheap price. Cavani has just made one Premier League start this season, and the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo has further pulled a black screen on the attacker.
