Inter agree deal with Wijnaldum

Georginio Wijnaldum has reached a “handshake agreement” with Inter Milan, reports journalist Claudio Raimond speaking on Italian programme Sportmediaset.

The Liverpool midfielder was linked with a move to FC Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, and also AC Milan, but has agreed to join Inter on a free transfer in the summer.

With the club financially unstable, the 30-year-old’s wages could still pose a problem for the Nerazzurri.
