Ligue 1 side Nice have identified Lucien Favre as a candidate to take over their managerial reins.
Nice sacked head coach Patrick Vieira in December and Adrian Ursea has been in charge of the club since then.
Other than Favre, who was dismissed by Borussia Dortmund earlier this season, they also have Peter Bosz, who is currently appointed by Bayer Leverkusen, on their managerial shortlist. [Le10Sport]

Lautaro Martinez is set to sign a contract extension with Inter Milan.
This comes as a blow for Manchester City who were targeting him as a successor to Sergio Aguero, and the Sky Blues are now set to drop their interest in the 23-year-old forward.
The Premier League side, however, have other options lined up in Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland. Lionel Messi, meanwhile, is also a potential target should he decide to leave FC Barcelona. [Eurosport]

Leicester City are eyeing a summer move for Marseille forward Florian Thauvin.

Dalot’s future lies at Milan?
AC Milan are hoping to sign Diogo Dalot on a permanent basis from Manchester United.
Dalot does not appear to be in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s long-term plans with the Red Devils looking for an alternative to Aaron Wan-Bissaka at right-back on the transfer market.
United signed the 21-year-old Portuguese from FC Porto for £19 million (€21.6m), and Milan aim to complete a permanent transfer for him for less than that amount. [CalcioMercato]
