Man Utd eye €68m bid for 23 goal/assist star
Manchester United could reignite their interest in Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. A transfer bid of €68 million is under consideration.
As signing Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona looks unlikely, Milinkovic-Savic is next on the list. The 27-year-old Serbian has been on United’s radar since 2018. With less than two years left on his contract, now might be their moment to finally convince Lazio into a sale.

Barcelona youngster edges closer to Valencia switch
Barcelona midfielder Nico Gonzalez is close to joining Valencia on loan.
As part of the deal, Nico is expected to sign a new contract at Camp Nou until June 2024. Valencia coach Gennaro Gattuso has already called him to discuss the transfer and guarantee regular minutes at the Mestalla. [Mundo Deportivo – in Spanish]
Morata to join Man Utd?
Manchester United have been offered the chance to sign Atletico Madrid striker Alvaro Morata.
The 29-year-old Spaniard, who has spent the past two seasons on loan at Juventus is out of contract in 2023. He previously played in the Premier League for Chelsea between 2017 and 2019. [ESPN]

Busquets set to accept Barcelona pay cut
Barcelona captain Sergio Busquets has accepted a pay cut as part of a new contract at the club.
