Man Utd agree a fee to sign Wout Weghorst
Manchester United have moved a step closer to signing Wout Weghorst on loan from Burnley in the January transfer window.
Besiktas, the club Weghorst is currently on loan at, have accepted a £2.7 million fee from United. It’s compensation for the striker ending his stay in Turkey early to join the Red Devils. However, the Turkish giants will only sanction the deal once they find a new forward. [The Guardian]

Chelsea enter the race for Spurs target Porro
The Blues have joined Tottenham in the race for Sporting CP defender Pedro Porro.
The 23-year-old Spaniard has impressed in the last two-and-a-half years in Portugal following his arrival from Manchester City. Chelsea and Tottenham are both keen. Barcelona keeping tabs on Thuram
Barcelona are eyeing a possible free transfer for Borussia Monchengladbach forward Marcus Thuram after positive reports from the club’s scouting department.
