Juventus eager to swap Ronaldo for Neymar
The Serie A champions plan to offer Paris Saint-Germain a chance to sign Cristiano Ronaldo in exchange for Neymar. As incredible as it may seem, a deal is apparently possible. Both players will be out of contract in 2022, and renewals seem unlikely. [TuttoMercatoWeb]
It was reported earlier this week that Juventus plan to offload Ronaldo next summer before his contract expires. PSG sporting director Leonardo, meanwhile, has also refused to rule out a bid for the Portuguese.
Grealish to replace Pogba?
Paul Pogba’s days at Manchester United appear numbered amid another lackluster campaign. The former world-record signing has started only once in the club’s last four league games. He’s also been open about a desire to play for Real Madrid in the future.

Former Real Madrid man to retire
Fernando Gago, who made 121 appearances for Real Madrid between 2007 and 2012, has informed his current side Velez Sarsfield of plans to retire. The club’s manager, Pablo Cavallero, has confirmed it.
The 34-year-old midfielder is expected to make a personal announcement on his decision soon. [La Nueva].
Arsenal begin talks for Szoboszlai
Mikel Arteta is plotting a move for a Hungarian prodigy in Dominik Szoboszlai. The 20-year-old midfielder has impressed scouts with his performances for RB Salzburg, making him a January transfer target. In fact, Arsenal may consider him as a potential alternative to Houssem Aouar.
The Gunners have, therefore, begun talks with Salzburg over signing Szoboszlai. It’s understood a bid of around £22m could be made by the London club. [Football London]
