Spurs turn to Sarri

After sacking Jose Mourinho on Monday, Tottenham have made contact with Maurizio Sarri to take over as their next manager, as per Football Italia.

Sarri has been without a job ever since being dismissed by Juventus last summer.

Arsenal are in “advanced talks” with Brighton to convert Mat Ryan’s loan deal into a permanent transfer, reports Football Insider.

The Austrian goalkeeper moved to the Emirates on loan in January without an option to buy in the contract.

While he has been limited to just two starts in the Premier League, the 29-year-old has left a ” strong impression” on the Arsenal coaching staff.

Restricted to just nine starts in Ligue 1 so far in 2020-21, Pochettino’s first season in charge, the midfielder wants a new opportunity elsewhere.
