As for Klopp, it was his heaviest defeat as a manager, surpassing Man City’s 5-0 thrashing of his Liverpool side in 2017 and his Mainz team’s 6-1 loss to Werder Bremen in 2006.
Meanwhile, Aston Villa join Everton in being the only Premier League clubs to hold a 100 percent record since the start of the season.
