In Ranieri, Watford have one of the most experienced and proven coaches in the game. The 69-year-old has enjoyed success in Italy, England, and Spain. His most famous moment was leading Leicester to Premier League glory in 2015/16.
In a statement on Monday night, Watford also confirmed Paolo Benetti and Carlo Cornacchia as Ranieriโs assistants. Carlo Spignoli will join the club as the fitness coach as well.
Ranieri will make his Hornets debut in a Premier League match against Liverpool at Vicarage Road on October 16.
