The Portuguese superstar has been enjoying an incredible run of form in recent weeks.
In a Saudi Pro League clash on Saturday, Cristiano Ronaldo scored Al Nassr’s winning goal against Damac in style.
Ronaldo has been on fire for Al Nassr this season, registering 11 goals and five assists in eight league matches. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner added four more goals to his incredible Portugal tally in two Euro qualifiers earlier this month before returning to Al Nassr to continue the season.
Al Nassr went 1-0 down after conceding a first-half goal in their first match after the international break. But they got back into the game when Taliska scored the equalizer in the 52nd minute.
Then it was time for CR7’s magic as he stood behind a free-kick four minutes later. The 38-year-old rifled the ball past the goalkeeper with a perfect shot that left the keeper stunned.
Ronaldo’s goal was enough to secure the 2-1 victory for Al Nassr as they reached the third spot on the Saudi League table. Ronaldo and co are four points behind league leaders Al Hilal.
Al Nassr will take on Qatari side Al Duhail in an AFC Champions League on Tuesday before continuing their league campaign with a match against Al Feiha four days later.
