Shea Lacey is one of the finest forwards in Man Utd’s academy ranks.

Manchester United youngster Shea Lacey scored a fantastic goal in the U18 side’s match against Wolves on Saturday.

Lacey is a versatile forward who can play in most positions up front. His performances have earned him comparisons with Phil Foden in recent months.

The 15-year-old made his first game for Man Utd’s U18 side against Newcastle earlier this season. Since then, he has become a regular starter under Travis Binnion.

On Saturday, the England U16 international scored a sublime long-range shot to register United’s third goal in their 3-3 draw against Wolves.

United fans praised Lacey for his brilliant goal on Twitter.

One commented on the clip, saying: “Lovely player to watch. Reminds me of Phil Foden how moves the ball and carries it.”

A second wrote: “He’s been on wonderkid radars for a while, but now it’s time to start talking about him. What a player.”

A third said: “Lacey and Ibragimov are two of best United talents I’ve seen in recent years at the U15 age range. Really hope they both develop (at United) and become the top prospects they can be.”

Man Utd’s U18 side have remained unbeaten in their last nine Premier League games, climbing to third place on the table.
