The Portuguese center-back has opened his account for Manchester City with the first goal of the game against West Ham.
A brilliant ball from Kevin De Bruyne set up summer signing Ruben Dias for his first Manchester City goal against West Ham United.
Pep Guardiola’s men have dominated the first-half in terms of possession, but they’ve found scoring opportunities hard to make. When there’s De Bruyne, however, there’s always the chance.
The Belgian proved so by whipping in an absolute belter of a cross – with his weaker foot – that left the West Ham backtracking, with Dias powerfully heading the ball past Darren Randolph to put City ahead.
What a ball that is from Kevin De Bruyne! 🎯
