Kai Rooney signed his first contract for Manchester United yesterday and his talent already seems undeniable.
Wayne Rooney sure has a lot of reasons to be a proud dad. His 10-year-old son Kai received several offers but ultimately decided to sign for the Red Devils. Now, a video of the youngster’s abilities has surfaced online. Kai Rooney shows off his ability by netting a long-range free-kick that is bound to impress his father. The young talent celebrated with a side flip on City academy’s grounds.
The Manchester United legend reacted to his son’s latest achievement, as he told BBC Sport Kai made the decision on his own.
“Kai went in on a trial with Manchester United and he’s impressed the coaches. He signed his forms yesterday so yeah, I’m delighted for him. He did have other options to go to other clubs, but he decided to sign with Manchester United. It was his decision, not mine!”
