Liverpool has many reasons to celebrate Jürgen Klopp, but today is a very special one as they honored him with a spectacular video.

Jürgen Klopp arrived in Liverpool five years ago today, the club decided to honor him with a spectacular video after teaming up with BT Sport. The German manager has given English football an impact that can only be compared to the effect Sir Alex Ferguson or Arsene Wenger had for their clubs.

From the moment he started his career as a professional, it was evident that all the players developed a special relationship with the manager. His time in Borussia Dortmund gave us a glimpse of what he would eventually become with the Reds. However, the level of success he got in the span of these five years was something even he didn’t imagine.

Klopp himself attributes his great run to the trust he has on all his players and how much time he dedicates to his relationship with them. Very few managers have the sensibility that Jürgen has shown towards his players over the last five years. His way of understanding the footballers is the main reason he can get the best out of them.

Another five years for Klopp?

After these wildly successful years, it’s not crazy to think that Jürgen Klopp could become Liverpool’s next Sir Alex Ferguson or Arsene Wenger. Meaning that he could very well live through the rest of his career as the Reds’ boss without a problem. The German manager has developed such an intimate relationship with the fanbase, that none of them would mind having him until the day he retires.

However, there’s also the ambitions Klopp might have after Liverpool. Perhaps he plans to manage the German national team before calling it quits for good. No one has a clue if he would like to eventually coach another giant club such as Real Madrid or FC Barcelona. We do know he has a better feeling with clubs that are perceived as underdogs rather than the giants.

The Liverpool supporters should remain happy that Klopp is feeling strong enough to continue at the club. Just enjoy his presence while it lasts.
