Real Madrid’s players are reportedly stunned with Eden Hazard’s physique as he returned from vacation after playing in the Euro 2020.
When Eden Hazard joined Real Madrid for a reported fee of 115 million back in 2019, both fans and the club were expecting great things from the Belgian star. However, the 30-year-old’s constant injuries and inability to adapt have caused Madridistas to lose hope in the forward.
Since his arrival in Spain, Hazard has been highly criticized for his weight gain and overall lack of effort. Nevertheless, the situation looks like it’s about to change. Recently, a few clips of the Belgian player’s training sessions have surfaced online. Although Hazard is still recovering from his last injury setback, the player’s lightweight physique delighted the Madridistas.
In fact, it’s not only the fans who noticed the change in Eden Hazard. According to El Chiringuito, the 30-year-old’s teammates were surprised with how thin the player is looking. Although the Belgian didn’t have much time off this summer, Hazard’s post-vacation physique has scared the Madridistas in the past. However, the fans are now hopeful that the forward will work hard to return to his best form and finally show what he has to offer at Real Madrid.
Eden Hazard has 43 appearances and five goals for Los Merengues in two seasons. In his last season at Chelsea, the Belgian star participated in 52 games for the Blues, scoring 21 goals.
