It happened during a Bundesliga match against Eintracht Frankfurt, a Bayern Munich forward scored a perfect hat-trick.
One of Bayern Munich’s most important forwards just scored a perfect hat-trick against Eintracht Frankfurt. To those who don’t know, we are talking about scoring three goals with different parts of the body. One with the right foot, one with the left, and a header.
This is arguably one of the greatest achievements during a football match. If you hadn’t guessed it by now, we are talking about Robert Lewandowski. The Polish striker is currently going through the best moment of his career as he is considered the overall best player of 2020.
Bayern Munich keeps relying on arguably the most prolific player out of all the major European leagues. Today, he outperformed everybody during the Bayern vs Eintracht Frankfurt match. It took him exactly one hour to score his side’s initial three goals and give Bayern a better chance to control the rest of the match.
Bayern Munich is still a goal-scoring machine.
Lewandowski’s first goal came early in the first half, he connected with Kingsley Coman and took his shot with his left foot. A straight effort to the low corner where Frankfurt’s goalie couldn’t respond before the 10th minute of the game.
Before the first half-hour of the match, Lewandowski scored his header after a corner-kick. He jumped in the air near the heart of the box with no defender marking him. And finally, his perfect hat-trick came after a beautiful assist from Douglas Costa that left him with enough space to strike the ball with his right foot.
With a final 5-0 result after Sane and Musiala’s goals, the outstanding performer tonight was Lewandowski. One more time, he keeps proving that everything he touches turns to gold right now. It’s a shame they won’t give him the Ballon d’Or for what he’s done in 2020.
