During Inter’s goal-party at Benevento, Achraf Hakimi was the man of the match as he gave a football masterclass from the wing.

After watching Achraf Hakimi destroy Benevento during Inter’s visit to Ciro Vigorito Stadium, Zidane can’t be happy about letting him go. The Moroccan right-back was one of the many impressive footballers who had to leave Los Blancos in order to find fortune elsewhere.

Real Madrid’s manager already has Daniel Carvajal on that position but Achraf Hakimi appears to be much faster and decisive than the Spaniard. He was already delivering good performances this season but tonight was an absolute masterclass from the player.

Hakimi was involved in four out of the five goals that Inter Milan scored against Benevento and he was obviously the man of the match. But we need to take a closer look at his participation in order to appreciate it a little further. Inter just found a wonderful player. In fact, we wouldn’t be surprised if Antonio Conte started using Achraf in a more advanced position on the pitch from now on.

Achraf needed 30 seconds to make a difference.

After the initial whistle, Achraf Hakimi jumped on his bike and started hurting Benevento from the start of the match. He assisted Romelu Lukaku for an early opening goal after a beautiful one-two he started on the right-wing. From that moment forward, Hakimi was overly confident and he rarely made any mistakes.

Not long after that, Hakimi nearly gave Lukaku another assist but the Belgian star wasn’t able to finish. Then came the second goal through a beautiful volley from Gagliardini. Achraf was also involved because he gave Ashley Young the long ball before the Englishman assisted Inter’s number ‘5’.

Lukaku got his brace in the only goal where Achraf wasn’t involved, but he assisted the Real Madrid product four minutes before half-time. After the break, Achraf was the man who initiated the chance for Inter’s fifth goal that Lautaro Martinez scored. An absolute bestial performance from the new Nerazzurri right-back in Serie A.
