Aaron Wan-Bissaka looks set to miss the start of Manchester United’s pre-season training after flying out to Dubai.

Manchester United defenders seem to be doing all the wrong stuff right now. The Harry Maguire saga is not even over yet. Wan-Bissaka is the latest Red Devils star to ‘misbehave’.

The 22-year-old has been enjoying some time off in the middle eastern country of United Arab Emirates.

And under new United Kingdom quarantine rules, Wan-Bissaka will now have to partake in 14 days of self-isolation.

He is due to fly back at the end of the week, meaning he will likely not be available until mid-September.

Considering the Red Devils start their pre-season plans next week, Wan-Bissaka is expected to miss a good part of it.

Well here’s the real problem. The Daily Mail reports that United specifically gave their players travel guidelines for the summer.

Taking the UK’s rules into consideration, United told their players not to go to the UAE. Wan-Bissaka clearly ignored that rule.

The report also says that depending on how United treat the case, they could hand Wan-Bissaka a disciplinary measure.

It was a needless ‘trip’ to make considering how close the new season is from now. In about three weeks, the 2020/21 season is set to get underway.

Wan-Bissaka was a regular in United’s lineup last season and is expected to keep his place under Ole Solskjaer.
