Those in yellow felt the full wrath of the Three Lions, who made back-to-back semi-finals at a major tournament for the first time in their history.

England stormed their way into the Euro 2020 semi-finals following an emphatic 4-0 victory over Ukraine at Stadio Olimpico in Rome.

England wasted no time to take the lead, with Harry Kane collecting Raheem Sterling’s threaded pass and poking home from close range at minute 4.

Gareth Southgate’s men came close several times to adding another in the remainder of the first half and as did Ukraine to leveling the scoreline, but neither found success.

The second period marked an as eventful start as the first one for England, who doubled their lead in less than a minute. Two Manchester United teammates combined as Harry Maguire nodded in a bullet header after meeting Luke Shaw’s cross from the left.

Shaw set up another header shortly after, this time for Kane, who just couldn’t miss from that range and scored his third goal of the tournament.

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson delivered the final blow to Andriy Shevchenko’s side, guiding a header at the near post to score his first-ever goal for his country.

A match against Denmark, who beat Czech Republic 2-1 to reach the semi-finals, now awaits for England, who are yet to concede a goal so far at Euro 2020.
