Paris Saint-Germain would be open to reappointing Thomas Tuchel as their manager.

The Ligue 1 leaders have grown ‘frustrated’ with current head coach Christophe Galtier. They are willing to admit sacking Tuchel in December 2020 was a ‘mistake’. The 49-year-old German is ready to return to management after leaving Chelsea last September. [Evening Standard]

Arsenal on pole to sign Rice in a £200,000-a-week deal

The Premier League leaders lead the transfer chase for West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice.

Arsenal are in ‘sustained contact’ with Rice’s representatives. The Gunners want an agreement in place before the season ends. The 24-year-old England international could earn around £200,000-a-week at the Emirates. West Ham may sell him for a fee between £70-80 million. [Football Insider]

Neymar has no desire to leave Paris Saint-Germain before the end of his contract in June 2027.

Inter Milan are Barcelona’s biggest threat in the battle for Borussia Monchengladbach forward Marcus Thuram.

Joining Barcelona, a club his father, Lilian, played for between 2006-2008, holds a lot of appeal.
