And with Haaland smashing home the goals constantly for Manchester City, as well as being just 22, the young Norwegian is their No. 1 priority.
Martinelli wants a new Arsenal deal
Gabriel Martinelli wants to commit his future to Arsenal by signing a new long-term contract with the Premier League leaders.
The 21-year-old forward is reportedly in talks with the club about doubling his current salary of around £50,000 a week. His current contract at the Emirates runs until June 2024. [The Times – subscription required]

Keita to join Barcelona?
Barcelona have set their sights on Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita.
The 27-year-old midfielder will be available for a free transfer next summer when his Liverpool contract ends. Barcelona plan to keep tabs on Keita until then. The Catalan giants may approach him in January to sign a pre-contract agreement – if they decide to do a deal. [Diario Sport – in Spanish]

De Jong or Bellingham? Man Utd’s tricky decision
Manchester United must decide whether to move for Frenkie de Jong or Jude Bellingham.

Everton have begun preliminary talks with midfielder Alex Iwobi over a new contract.
