Inter identify Lautaro replacement.

Inter Milan are looking at Torino’s Andrea Belotti as a possible replacement for Lautaro Martinez.

The Serie A side are already preparing for life after Lautaro Martinez, who remains a subject of transfer interest for FC Barcelona, just in case.

Belotti is an option, with manager Antonio Conte understood to be a keen admirer of the 26-year-old striker. [CalcioMercato]

Everton ready to move for Milik.

Everton are keen on acquiring the services of Arkadiusz Milik, with manager Carlo Ancelotti looking to bring in a reliable back-up to Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

The Polish international, yet to play a single minute so far this season, could be available for as little as €11 million (£10m) in January as he is out of contract the next summer.

Ancelotti is eager to reunite with the striker but his side might have to fend off competition from Tottenham and Inter Milan. [The Sun]

Barca put academy products on ‘exit ramp’.

Riqui Puig and Carles Alena have been deemed surplus to requirements at FC Barcelona. The duo will be allowed to leave Camp Nou on loan in January as the Catalan giants want the youngsters to “continue growing.” 

Ronald Koeman has no place for either of the player in his midfield and the club already looking for ‘attractive options’ for both Puig and Alena. [Sport]

Man United to step up Sancho pursuit in 2021.

Manchester United, after failing to sign him in the summer transfer window, remain interested in Jadon Sancho.

The Red Devils want to strike a deal with Borussia Dortmund for the English winger early in 2021 before next year’s European Championship, before bringing him to Old Trafford in the summer.

United spent a significant portion of the previous window trying to negotiate down BVB’s €110 million (£100m) valuation of the 20-year-old, but without results. [90min]

Traore and Wolves in contract deadlock.

The contract extension talks between Wolves and Adama Traore has reached an impasse. The Spanish winger turned down the new contract offer as he believes it does not highlight the value he brings to the squad.

Interest from Liverpool and FC Barcelona has been reported for Traore, who is contracted at Molineux until 2023. [The Athletic]
