Chelsea plot improved €50m bid for Dutch star
The Blues plan to send an improved transfer offer of €50 million to Inter Milan for wing-back Denzel Dumfries.
If a deal goes through in January, Chelsea would loan Dumfries back to Inter for the rest of the season. The 26-year-old Dutchman is under contract at the Italian club until 2025.
