Tottenham have reportedly made their decision regarding out-of-favour Dele Alli as the January transfer window enters full swing.
Tottenham are not looking to sell or loan out Dele Alli during the January transfer window, according to a report.
The midfielder has struggled for game-time all season and has even come under criticism from Jose Mourinho.
Ali played just 16 minutes for the club last month and has made only four appearances for Spurs in the Premier League this season.
Regardless, Mourinho has severally insisted that he has no issues with the 24-year-old amid his lack of game-time.
Speculation has suggested that Alli could leave the club this January and PSG reportedly tried to sign him in the summer.
They have just appointed former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino as their new head coach and that could bring a new twist to their continued links with the Spurs man.
A report from Sky Sports insists Spurs do not want to allow Alli to leave as they continue to compete in four competitions.
Mourinho does have Gareth Bale, Giovani Lo Celso, and Erik Lamela all unavailable. Asides from all the mentioned players, the Portuguese manager is apparently keen to have the Englishman at his disposal despite hardly playing him so far.
There is no official offer yet for the player from any club but it’ll be interesting to see the club’s stance should one come in.
