The first north London derby of the season takes place this weekend, and Spurs are already sweating on the fitness of Kulusevski.
Tottenham attacker Dejan Kulusevski is a major doubt for Saturday’s trip to north London rivals Arsenal.
That’s according to the Athletic. The report claims that Kulusevski has a hamstring injury. He reported the issue to Tottenham after returning from international duty with Sweden. The club’s medical staff is monitoring his condition closely.
The 22-year-old played in both of Sweden’s UEFA Nations League games in the past week, where the Scandinavian outfit lost 4-1 to Serbia and drew 1-1 against Slovenia.
Kulusevski has been a standout performer for Tottenham since joining Antonio Conte’s side on loan from Juventus in January. In 29 games across all competitions, he has managed six goals and 11 assists.
