The likes of Lewandowski, Ronaldo, and Messi are in the mix again for the honor of the highest goalscorer of the year in 2021.

Robert Lewandowski is the highest goalscorer of 2021 so far. The Bayern Munich striker has scored 18 goals in 13 games across all competitions, with Lionel Messi (16 goals) and Andre Silva (12 goals) rounding off the top-three.

Erling Haaland, meanwhile, pips Cristiano Ronaldo and Luis Suarez to fourth-place due to having played one game less than the veteran duo.

Another notable name going strong is Karim Benzema, who has scored eight goals in his last six games for Real Madrid. Harry Kane, Kylian Mbappe, and Romelu Lukaku also made the cut.
