The Blues are looking to buy Wesley Fofana even though the Leicester defender has been out with injury, says Foot Mercato. During preseason, the 20-year-old sustained a fibula injury and has not appeared in any game so far. However, Chelsea have scanned his performance for the previous season making him a prime target.
