Werner wants to leave Chelsea

The German was considered one of the most effective finishers in Europe while at RB Leipzig but has failed to maintain that reputation at Chelsea.

Although he has improved after the managerial change at Stamford Bridge, his goal return is below par, having netted just five times in 27 Premier League appearances so far.

The German was heard being criticized by Thomas Tuchel from the touch-line the past week for his inability to follow instructions.

Werner wants to return to his homeland “in the next year or two” and could depart Chelsea as early as this summer, after just one season at the club. [Football Insider]

Real ready to part ways with Varane

Raphael Varane is seeking an exit from Real Madrid in search of a new challenge in his career, as per AS.

Real Madrid are also prepared to listen to offers for the defender in the summer out of fear of losing him for free.

The French center-back is contracted to the Spanish side until 2022. Los Blancos are keen on trying him down to fresh terms but should he decide against renewing his deal, the club will allow him to leave.

Manchester United have been linked with Varane in recent times, with reports even claiming him to be a priority signing for them.

Juve target Kean reunion

Juventus are hoping to bring back Moise Kean to the club in the summer.

Kean struggled initially following his Juve departure in 2019. The striker was unable to make an impact at Everton and was shipped off to Paris Saint-Germain on loan last year.

The 21-year-old, however, has flourished in France, scoring 11 goals in 19 Ligue 1 appearances so far.

The Serie A side now want to re-sign their academy graduate, though PSG are also looking to land him on a permanent transfer after this season. [IlBianconero]
