Real Madrid plot summer swap with Frankfurt

Currently on loan at his former club, Jovic failed to deliver up to expectations following his €60 million move to the Spanish capital.

Silva, meanwhile, has been in sensational goalscoring form this season, scoring 26 times from 31 appearances in the Bundesliga.
