PSG prepare €70m bid for top Barcelona target
Paris Saint-Germain are plotting to sign Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva before the end of the summer transfer window.
The reigning Ligue 1 champions are prepared to pay as much as €70 million for the 28-year-old, while also offering improved personal terms compared to what he would receive at Barcelona.

Manchester United have enquired about a loan move for Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic.
Having seen their attempts to sign players like Adrien Rabiot and Frenkie de Jong falter, United are scurrying for reinforcements upon making their worst start to a Premier League campaign.

Keita is unhappy at Liverpool
Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita is unhappy with his role at the club and may seek out a transfer.

West Ham United have withdrawn their transfer interest in Chelsea left-back Emerson Palmieri.
