Man City at the front of the queue for Haaland

Manchester City are leading the chase for Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland, who is also a subject of transfer interest for the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea, Real Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain.

The Norwegian frontman is believed to have a €75 million release clause on his contract that will come into play in the summer of 2022.

Dembele in line for Barca renewal

FC Barcelona have scheduled a meeting with Ousmane Dembele this month to discuss a contract extension.

The Catalan club are ready to renew the French forward despite his recurring injury issues following the departure of two of their forwards this summer – Antoine Griezmann and Lionel Messi.

Dembele, has been on the sidelines since Euro 2020 due to a hamstring problem, is also eager to extend his stay at Camp Nou. [RAC]

Lautaro set to extend at Inter

Lautaro Martinez is set to put pen to paper on a new four-year contract at Inter Milan, reports Tuttosport.

The new deal will see the Argentine attacker make €6 million per season.

Despite being approached by several clubs, including Tottenham, this summer, Lautaro was adamant about staying at San Siro and is now close to committing his future to Inter.

Uncertainty over Insigne’s future at Napoli

Lorenzo Insigne’s future at Napoli is in doubt as things stand, according to Calciomercato.

The 30-year-old has entered the final 12 months of his contract but is yet to make a decision over extending his stay at the club. A decision must be made by December, Napoli demand.

Insigne could leave for Inter Milan on a free transfer at the end of this season.
