Two-way battle for Belotti

Torino striker Andrea Belotti is a subject of interest for both AS Roma and AC Milan, reports Corriere dello Sport.

The Italian international has little over a year remaining on his current contract, and could be tempted to quit Torino for a club pushing for a European place.

Arsenal revive Zaha interest

Arsenal could act on their long-term interest in Wilfried Zaha when the transfer market reopens in the summer.

Given the current financial climate, the Gunners would have to raise funds by selling players before going for the Ivorian winger, and Alexandre Lacazette could be sacrificed.

Crystal Palace have spurned Arsenal’s offer for Zaha in the past but they are hoping for a squad rebuild after this season and could finally cash in on their prized asset. [90min]

Man City plan more renewal after De Bruyne

Manchester City tied down Kevin De Bruyne with a new deal through 2025 on Wednesday and want to secure two more important players before the end of the campaign, as per Eurosport.

Raheem Sterling and Phil Foden are those the Premier League leaders want to reward with improved terms.

Sterling’s current deal runs out in June 2023 while Foden still has three years left on his deal.

Spurs step up Vestergaard chase

Tottenham are hot on the trails of Southampton center-back Jannik Vestergaard as Jose Mourinho seeks to reinforce his defense in the summer.

Inter Milan’s Milan Skriniar is Tottenham’s priority but they are aware it will be difficult to seal the Slovakian’s transfer and are hence considering Vestergaard.

A bid in the region of €20 million (£18m) could be enough for Spurs to steal the Danish defender from Southampton. [Express]

Lukaku back to England?

Chelsea are reportedly interested in bringing Romelu Lukaku back to the Premier League.

Timo Werner failing to live up to the standards means the Blues continue their search for a clinical striker. Erling Haaland tops their transfer wish-list, with Lukaku ‘in second place’.

Inter are opposed to the idea of letting go of the Belgian international but they could change their stance since Chelsea are ready to offer upwards of €100 million. [Calcio Mercato]

Dembele in line for Barca extension

Barcelona are preparing to offer Ousmane Demebele a three-year contract extension, according to Sport.

The Frenchman’s current deal runs out next summer, and the Spanish side want to tie him down before the end of the season.

Should he fail to put pen to paper to fresh terms, however, the club will not hesitate to put the player on the transfer market so as to avoid losing him for free.
