Mata offered to Lazio

Juan Mata’s agent has approached Lazio to discuss a potential summer transfer for the Manchester United midfielder.

Lazio are interested in signing the Spaniard and are considering offering him a two-year contract worth €4 million-a-season.

Mata, who has been afforded a mere two minutes in the Premier League since mid-December, is out of contract at Man United at the end of the season.

Bayern kindle Hakimi interest

Bayern Munich have identified Achraf Hakimi as a “key target” for the summer transfer market, according to Express.

Hakimi has contributed seven goals and six assists to Inter Milan’s cause so far in Serie A, playing a crucial role in their Scudetto success.

Incoming Bayern boss Julian Nagelsmann is keen on bringing the full-back to the Allianz Arena in what comes as a blow for Arsenal, who are also said to be interested in his services.

Inter will demand in the region of €58 million for the Morocco international.

Barca preparing for post-Busquets era

Barcelona have drawn up a list of potential successors to Sergio Busquets as they prepare to move on from the long-serving midfielder, as per Mundo Deportivo.

On that list the names are Eduardo Camavinga (Rennes), Manuel Locatelli (Sassuolo), and Mikel Merino (Real Sociedad).

In his 13th season at Camp Nou, the 32-year-old has enjoyed incredible success with the club, winning 29 major honors, ever since being brought onto the scene by Pep Guardiola. He remains a regular in the line-up but Barca are looking to transition into a new era.

Szczesny to Premier League?

Wojciech Szczesny could be on a move to the Premier League with Everton showing interest in the Juventus goalkeeper.

A €10 million transfer offer could be enough for Everton, who seek to add competition for Jordan Pickford, to convince Juventus to sell the 31-year-old.
