This move would be record-breaking for the club, but that’s not all: Arsenal are also eyeing up Manchester City defender Joao Cancelo. There might be some hurdles to jump over as City may be hesitant to part with Cancelo, but the Gunners are confident they can bring Rice to Emirates Stadium this summer.
