Arsenal open €19m talks for rising Bundesliga superstar

The Premier League leaders have approached Eintracht Frankfurt over a €19 million transfer for Jesper Lindstrom in January.

The 22-year-old Danish midfielder had a superb debut campaign in 2021/22. He won Bundesliga Rookie of the Season and helped Eintracht win the Europa League, thus securing Champions League football for this term.

Lindstrom, who has scored three goals in 10 games across all competitions this season, is under contract until June 2026. [Bild – in German]

Borussia Dortmund have slapped a £130 million price tag on midfielder Jude Bellingham.

Dembele’s Barcelona release clause revealed

The two-year contract Ousmane Dembele signed for Barcelona in July included a €50 million release clause.

The buyout clause becomes active in next summer’s transfer window, and after passing up a signing-on bonus, Dembele would be entitled to half that fee.

OGC Nice have considered appointing Scott Parker as a replacement for manager Lucien Favre.

Sporting director Iain Moody suggested Parker as an option after the 41-year-old Englishman’s departure from Bournemouth. Nice, however, have several candidates shortlisted. Salzburg star is next up on AC Milan’s transfer list

AC Milan have identified FC Salzburg striker Noah Okafor as a potential January transfer target.

The Rossoneri are assessing options to reinforce their attack after summer signing Divock Origi fell injured. It looks as though Okafor is one of the top contenders.
