Brentford are preparing to face Jurgen Klopp’s “unbelievable” team.

Brentford manager Thomas Frank has hailed Dominik Szoboszlai for his brilliant start at Liverpool.

The Reds signed Szoboszlai on a £60m deal from RB Leipzig in the summer, hoping to make up for a number of high-profile departures in midfield.

Since then, the Hungarian star has quickly established himself as a crucial player for Liverpool, starting all of their matches in the Premier League.

Following a surprise defeat against Toulouse in the Europa League, Liverpool hope to bounce back against Brentford this weekend. Speaking in a pre-match press conference, Frank admitted his side will play one of their toughest matches of the campaign.

“For five years, Liverpool have been one of the top teams not just in the Premier League, but the world,” the Brentford manager said.

“They have a fantastic coach and staff, with great players. They have new energy in their squad with some of their new signings – (Dominik) Szoboszlai is a fantastic player.”

He added: “It is an unbelievable team at Anfield – one of the most difficult away grounds to go to, if not the most difficult.

“It will be a tough test, but as always, we trust ourselves. We will try to take the game to Liverpool.”

Following their match against Brentford, Liverpool will prepare to take on Manchester City in a crucial match on November 25.
