After last Sunday’s visit to the North London Derby, Thierry Henry spoke about Daniel Ek’s offer to buy Arsenal that remains on the table.

It appears Thierry Henry has been a busy bee over the last three months after he was spotted alongside Daniel Ek at the North London Derby. To those who aren’t aware, this is the Spotify CEO who made a €2 billion offer in May that was rejected by Stan Kroenke. Appearing at the game yesterday was nothing more than a power play in order to make the world turn their heads.

If that wasn’t enough, Henry appeared as a guest on Monday Night Football in order to discuss the latest on this take-over attempt. Ek isn’t giving up on his intention to buy the club and now he has the full support of the biggest legend at Arsenal. Thierry Henry is trying to convince Stan Kroenke to accept this generous offer and finally allow the ideal people to lead the club. For many years, the American business owner has been considered unfit to own a club like Arsenal.

Henry will be part of the new Arsenal hierarchy.

Withthe support of other legends such as Dennis Bergkamp or Patrick Vieira, Thierry Henry is confident. Even though they haven’t heard anything new from the Kroenke family, Henry revealed Daniel Ek is not ready to back down. The Gunners’ fan base has been trying to get the owners to sell the club to people they consider more competent. As per Sky Sports, this is what Henry revealed on Monday Night Football: “To be able to get there, you need to have someone respond on the other side.

“It hasn’t happened yet, but we and he is here to stay. So, let’s see what’s going to happen. But for the moment, we enjoyed the win yesterday. There’s no dialogue at the moment and I feel it’s going to be a long process. I said this the last time I was on the show [in May]. How long it’s going to be, I don’t actually know. But we are here to stay.”
